Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase for coffee gear. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for coffee products due to their perishable nature.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Coffee beans or other perishable goods
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please provide proof of purchase, such as your receipt or order confirmation. Contact us at avidcoffeeca@gmail.com for instructions on returning your item. Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process.
Exclusions from Full Refunds
Partial refunds may apply to items returned in the following conditions:
- The item is not in its original condition or is missing parts not caused by our error.
- The return is initiated after the 30-day return window.

Exchanges
Defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange. Contact us at avidcoffeeca@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
Gifts
For items marked as gifts at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued for the return value. For other gift returns, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns. These costs are non-refundable. If the returned item qualifies for a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your product.
